1. Return Eligibility

✔ Condition: Unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
✔ Proof of Purchase: Order number or receipt required.

• Underwear, swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Final sale items (marked “Non-Returnable”)
• Customized/personalized products

2. How to Initiate a Return

Step 2: We’ll email you a return authorization (RMA) number and shipping instructions.

Step 3: Pack items securely (we recommend using the original packaging) and ship to us.

3. Refund Processing

• Timing: Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.
• Method: Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
